Immigration from Italy in the late nineteenth century, made Peruvians adopt the use of pasta in our cuisine. Of course, we adapted it and added our unique ingredients and learned that the mix of pasta with our seasoning and chilis is delicious. This is why we decided to transform a classic beloved American dish, and give it a Peruvian twist with our yellow chili.
