Beef Stir fry (Lomo Saltado) Sandwich

Lomo Saltado is a synthesis of Peruanidad (Peruvianity). This dish comes from the end of the nineteenth century. Our creativity in the kitchen made us put this juicy lomito in a toasted bread, that way we can indulge with it as early as breakfast.
Chef’s suggestion: We put the juce from the delicious mix of filet mignon, onions, tomatoes and seasoning on the side so the bread doesn’t get saggy. Once you are ready to eat it, put the juice on top of the lomo. To enhance the experience we recommend our Special Peruvian sauce or our Rocoto sauce, the flavors will be delightful! .
