The original recipe of the anticucho comes from the Africans who arrived in Peru around the year 1527 and who settled in the coastal areas of the country. What really makes this dish tasty is the sauce full of flavors that enhances any type of meat, so we took the recipe and made the perfect seasonig for our chicken wings.
Chef’s suggestion: We recommend to try our sauces as dips, the Special Peruvian Sauce and the Rocoto sauce are perfect. You may add the side of your preference and an Inca Kola.
