A lo Pobre Burguer

One of the most simple dishes of our gastronomy was put into a sandwich. There’s no historic trace of when it became popular but we can atest that it’s one of the most popular ones in the street food scene. We added some special touches to it, so the combination of textures and flavors (savory and sweet), will make you love it.
Chef’s suggestion: You can add extra sarza criolla and more sauces, such as, rocoto sauce. Extra maduros on the side would be the perfect pairing, as well as, emoliente!!
